Subject Line Format: ANTHOLOGY TITLE – YOUR STORY TITLE – YOUR AUTHOR NAME
All Submissions Emails must include:
• Your Legal Name & Pen Name
• Your story’s Title
• Your story’s Word Count
• A brief biography (100 words maximum) in 3rd Person P.O.V (for use on our website)
• Your Author Website & any relevant Social Media accounts
All submissions must be named: “Anthology Title – Story Title – Author Name” and should be .doc/.docx and formatted as per Shunn’s Manuscript.
Please Note: Times New Roman, 12pt is preferred.
Multiple Submissions: Where possible (especially in the case of micro fiction) multiple submissions should be sent in ONE document. Simply label each story and space them accordingly.
The same naming system applies, for both email, and the naming of documents in these instances: “Anthology Title – Multiple Stories – Author Name”.

Blood Song Books supports authors from all over the world and welcomes stories from International writers. As a local independent press, we do however have a special interest in publishing and promoting the work of Australian authors! If you’re an Australian resident, please feel free to mention this in your Submissions Email!
Blood Song Books is a progressive, open-minded publisher and we appreciate all authors, and a wide variety of genres and themes; however, we reserve the right to reject any submission that does not align with our ideals as a publisher.
